Bob came to my house and repaired a problem that has been here in the past. He was nothing but professional, educated and a dream to work with. If my sewer or drain was clogged, the only call I would make is to Westchester Drain Solutions. He came to my house and worked tirelessly until almost 9 at night. Can’t recommend Bob enough.

Called Westchester Drain Solutions a couple of weeks ago because my garage flooded when it rained. Bob came by that afternoon and cleaned out the drain that was closed from massive amounts of dirt. He went above and beyond, in my opinion, trying to help me get an inexpensive fix for a problem. I SO appreciated his honesty, thoroughness and just a very nice man to work with. I have been a long-time customer (at least 5 years now). These guys are quite possibly the hardest working and most honest contractors I’ve come across – and I’ve worked with my share! The quality of their work is excellent, and they will always help – even if they can’t fit you in immediately. Case in point – last week my sump pump failed, and I had an emergency replacement situation. Although Bob couldn’t get to me for several hours, he was willing to come out later that day (on New Year’s Eve!) to help me. In the end, he talked me through how to replace the pump myself and took a couple of phone calls with questions…even though it meant he didn’t get this piece of business. Now that’s great customer service!

I use Westchester Drain Solutions for all my drainage, HVAC, and associated plumbing needs and highly recommend them on a regular basis!

We had a massive sewage backup in our home the night before Thanksgiving 2015, which started with the upstairs shower draining into our downstairs bathtub. We called Westchester Drain Solutions Thursday during the day and got a response from Bob that evening (Thanksgiving, mind you). He was at our home by Friday afternoon. Our sewage problem turned out to be a huge problem that involved the city blowing out the main city line and the Westchester Drain Solutions guys digging up my basement, garage, and driveway to reinstall the damaged sewer pipe. The sewer lines hadn’t been done properly by the previous owners so WDS fixed all of that. I had running water and was able to use my own bathroom again by Saturday evening. Yes, the job was expensive but it was totally within market price. Highly recommend! They saved our behinds on a holiday weekend.

After being unable to clear the clog in our sewer drain, we called Westchester Drain Solutions. Bob came out within half an hour of us calling him, even though it was later in the evening. He used a pipe camera to look down the sewer drain and identify the source of the clog. We were able to watch a video of the camera going down the pipe. He gave us a copy of this video on disc that we can use for future reference when we hire a contractor to address more serious problems. Bob was also able to show us the location of the sewer pipe on our property and where it connects to the municipal drain. He then was able to clear the clog. Bob is honest and seems to enjoy his work. The whole job was done, and he was packed up and he was ready to go within an hour and half. I would recommend his services to anyone.
